What I Write About

My Approach

The patina on reclaimed materials represents decades of service and craftsmanship that simply cannot be manufactured. Our job is connecting these treasures with people who appreciate their irreplaceable character.

Loretta believes every salvaged piece carries stories worth preserving. She approaches each project consultation by understanding client vision, identifying appropriate period materials, and providing guidance on integration techniques that honor both historical authenticity and modern functionality.

Currently Working On

Currently curating materials from several Tampa historic building demolitions and consulting on a major hotel restoration project incorporating period salvage elements throughout the property.
